We develop computational "digital twins" of patients and generative AI agents to simulate mental health trajectories. By combining large language models with clinical and behavioral data, we model how environmental and social factors shape psychopathology — enabling in-silico experiments, individualized prediction, and new approaches to early intervention in psychiatry.
